Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead prior to your scheduled charter to receive a full refund. If weather conditions prevent us from going out the day of your trip, we will gladly work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling isn't possible, you can choose to receive a gift certificate to use or share, or we will retain your deposit to cover the reserved time. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities - we appreciate your understand and support.
